UX Design Process @

Planning and Discovery:
- Research, investigate and audit existing content, analytics & branding.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to learn about users, objectives, business requirements, pain-points & KPIs.
- Work on data-driven personas, user journey maps, service blue print and workflows, as needed.
Problem-solve with Creativity:
- Conduct Design Thinking sessions with stakeholders
- Create user flows, refine information-architecture as needed
- Create mid-fidelity wireframes and prototypes (responsive) from key findings & requirements.
- Consult dev team for any foreseeable technical constraints.
Evaluate and Measure:
- Test protoype; measure objectives and task completion rates with usability-testing (remote/in-person).
- Validate, evaluate and revise prototype based on outcomes.
- Conduct heuristic evaluation for design.
- Reiterate the process above as needed (great UX is an on-going process; be agile and iterative).
